Body to be supported on the toes at one end and palms only at the other end. The starting point will be in, both elbows in the locked position.
The downward range should be at a point where elbow joints are in a straight line with the shoulder joints or above the shoulder joints. From that point, the participant must return to his starting position with both elbows in fully locked position.
